I had a very nice experience at this location. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and accommodating me while I changed my order. My infant son had trouble eating his donut and the manager even gave him donut holes so he could hold them better. I would recommend this place to my friends.
Terrible Customer Service. This location has terrible customer service and stale muffins. I called corporate and got a nice response from their customer service, but no follow-up from person that runs this location. Please improve your customer service!!!!
Poor Serviceq. Waited 12 minutes in car line this morning. Got my 2 oatmeals (no coffee) – not ready. Attendant at the window called me sweetie, and later I found out he forgot to give me the dried fruit to go with it. this is the third time in around 6 weeks that I have been either in the store or in car line and they seem so very short of help.
Don’t get any fancy drinks here – I get DD coolattas all the time but these employees were not trained right.
They never get your order right. At first, I thought it was just bad at the drive-thru, but it’s just as bad going in. I love DD, but this one is extremely bad. You would think they’d strive to be better considering they are across from The Kirklin Clinic.
DON’T BOTHER. I gave them three tries and that is it. Either they are out of donuts or the workers are acting like butts. Wish Krispy Kreme could buy this building. I bet then service would be great. Maybe DD just has poor management and also their donuts are really gross, if you can ever get any.
Good Coffee!. Although I cannot testify to the food on here I can say that I LOVE the coffee! I come by so much everyone knows my car, my order and my name and always go out of their way to ask me how my day is going and how I’ve been. My grandmother owned a Dunkin’ Donuts for twenty years and while most have moved to frozen donuts now, I am glad the coffee is still up to par!
