I will never spend another dime in this store u only been here twice and ive already had problems with management so im out money cause I didnt get my merchandise I get to pay half price for another one in what restaurant is the customer not right when u know I didn’t get what I paid for from the start if I was another race maybe I would have got my money back
This place is my everyday spot. I eat lunch here because its a great price for quality food. I love the owners who cook it themselves which is awesome to see a hard working business owner. The only bad thing is the hotdog stand is closed on the weekend!!!
Favorite Hot Dog Joint. This is my favorite Hot Dog joint in Birmingham. Great hotdogs for the money and a great atmosphere. Also, one of the reviews below (or above) mentions the parking. That person may have had a bad experience. But one of the great things about this place is that the owners own the building and they keep the parking lot clear for their customers. And they are aggressive about it because people ignore their signs constantly. Its one of the only restaurants right in that area where you can easily park.
Was going to eat here but changed my mind after a man came out and yelled at me that the parking lot was a private lot. I parked in the EMPTY parking lot and was walking to read a sign I had passed before going in and before I even had a chance to go back towards the restaurant the man from inside yelled at me to move my car. My car had only been parked about 30 seconds and there was no one else even there!!!!
One of the best spots in town for a hotdog or hamburger. The hot dog sauce is perfect–not too sweet. Sauce reminds me of the late departed Pete’s Famous. Sorry not open on Saturdays.
Let me start by saying that this may sound like a negative review, but I really did like this place. It is a small hot dog/burger joint that is connected to a convenience store. I had a burger and fries and it was nothing special. That being said, it was not bad either. Cheaper than other places nearby and probably just as good. I got a 1/4 lb with fries and drink for just over $6. The dude next to me is eating a hotdog that looks amazing. So maybe I will try one of those next time. It is definitely worth checking out.
Good, cheap food with a happy atmosphere.. My fiance` and I stopped by this place on a whim. Good thing we did, because we’ll be back. We both ordered burgers and fries, and while definitely not gourmet, we could not have been more pleased with them or with the service. The cook working there was a really nice guy, and we really enjoyed the time we spent in his company.
