Great food with pretty good service. It’s a franchise from the folks that do the Mugshots restaurants. You can see by the menu. I would have gone 5 stars if they went a little deeper in Mediterranean style menu. I bet they could pull of some great dolmadas (stuffed grape leaves). Great hummus and the meat is quality, but the star of the show is their pitas extremely fresh. Definitely worth checking out, also they serve all the drinks in mason jars which is great.

Overall I’m not impressed. The hostess wasn’t very courteous and seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. I ordered the pepper jack gyro which appears to be one of their specialities. I should have gone with an original gyro. Too me it had too much sauce. Also instead of saying it comes with fries, they should be called potato wedges. I would have rather had more traditional fries. I did have to open a new bottle of ketchup which isn’t a big deal, but something they could have taken care of. My waiter didn’t check to see how things were until I was nearly done.

We love this place! Their gyros and hummus are incredible and the portions are filling. We like to sit at the bar and the staff is friendly and attentive. Glad to have them in Birmingham!

Not impressed. Hummus was good but for the price the servings are small. The rest of the food was alright but not for the price and portion. Perhaps lunch would be a better value but given other same palate options within short driving distances have no reason to return.

This place was pretty good. Nothing to write home about, but I would definitely be willing to eat here again. The gyro meat is really good. I liked the cheese rolls appetizer… the person I was eating with did not. The served us draft beer in a mason jar, which seems dumb and trendy to me. I don’t care to drink my beer out of a mason jar. Our server was great. She was helpful and attentive.

Update 3rd time is a charm: Walked in 2day Dec 10. Waitress was new super friendly and eager to help. We ordered Buffalo Sausage with grilled veggies and Steak Feta with Greek Salad and we had the hummus appetizer lobed the cilantro. We also used the 12 for 20 Groupon. So its Fri, Sep 11, 12p Hostess was friendly told us the wait was 15min we were seated in 10..we ate an hour later. I ordered the tomato basil soup with side Greek salad and he ordered the original with loaded fries. Simple huh? There were many apologies from our waitress. The other tables around us made complaints but I’m not one to complain especially when my food is still in the back. The manager visited several tables never stopped at ours. It would have been great to tell me we are backed up in the kitchen which I see because orders kept coming out wrong. Our waitress finally decides to tell us the kitchen made a mistake on our order delaying our meal, my date ordered loaded fries. Didn’t believe her when it took another 20min for bacon and cheese to be added to french fries. Any who food was decent not sure it’s worth my time. Will try again in one month and update this review.

Went for lunch right as they opened. Sat immediately and server was attentive and nice. Ordered the chicken gyro with olive humus and chip side. Chicken was tender and full of flavor. Humus was awesome and pita chips were perfect. Only complaint is not enough humus for my chips. I will be back for the weekend happy hour from 3 to 6 to enjoy there cocktail and beer selection.
