Bland Sandwich, Unfriendly Staff. First time to visit a Jimmy John’s…….will be the last. Very bland sandwich on a very good bun. Service was unfriendly. Noticed sign on wall for patrons to be friendly and say thank you and please. The staff needs to do so to the customers. Too many other great sandwich places in Birmingham that appreciate your business and serves much better sandwiches!
Same place?. I went into JIMMY JOHNS one more time because I heard things had changed and man I have to say I was expecting the same sub par service and was blown away!! Music was upbeat people friendly and subs were fast! I got mine at the register. I think I will be coming back. I asked and was told that management had changed. Thank God!!!
Some issues. Quality is acceptable but delivery is consistently slow (up to an hour+ after the order), and good luck actually getting what you’ve ordered, more often than not the delivery is wrong.
Tried to post this review and it was taken down. This is the truth. My wife has been food poisioned 2 times from the italian night club sandwich. Delivery is pretty slow, considering i luve less than 5 min away from this location, shouldnt take 35 min to get here. Food is usually mediocre on my part, but i dont eat their veggies. Prices are great, but not much tobthe food honestly. I agree with thebpister who said better off at subway. This franchise iant like this in other states, idk why most fast food in birmingham is soooo awful
