Pretty standard Chinese take out place. Nothing exceptional, but you get a lot of food for your money! I tried the chicken fried rice which I enjoyed. Most meals come with an egg roll so that’s a nice added bonus
Not good anymore and higher prices.. This place was never top notch but the prices were reasonable and the food, mainly the sesame chicken was nice and tasted fresh. I recently went and noticed that the prices were much higher. Entrees that used to be at or around $5 were now $7.25. My first mind told me to go to Subway next door, fresher and cheaper. So the saying is true, you should always listen to your first mind. I asked the lady if the white rice was fresh; it was not. I asked for extra sauce on the sesame chicken, nope. Lots of smiles tho. Probably my last time there.
I really enjoy their chicken and rice, which could really serve 2 instead of 1.I only wish they had delivery as I am unable to leave my job.Very good food at a good price.Highly recommend.
YUMMY!. I like going here because they are always consistent. Delicious and inexpensive. I used to visit it when it was Chan Lee’s and they have made many improvements! Very nice now.
Good food for good prices.. Went here a couple weeks ago and got the sesame beef. It was absolutely FANTASTIC and the portion size was great. Not like a lot of places that will make you pay $10 and give you half a plate. This place filled an entire to-go box FULL for half that price. If you’re looking for great Chinese near UAB, this is a MUST. Can’t beat it anywhere.
Very clean and the food is always hot and fresh. Love the Mongolian Beef and the crispy dumplings…. Delish…
Great Fast Chinese!. If you haven’t been here since it was Chan Lees, you should give it another try. Food is much improved and the staff is very nice.
