This place has little ambience but really great food and good service at a reasonable price. Enjoyed good falafel as an appetizer, and a recommendation for a chicken dish Sajii…Very large portion of chicken and rice. All very tasty. Came with a large salad with the vinaigrette probably based on lemon juice. Overall a very good experience at a place I would recommend. I highly recommend for reasonably priced food.
Excellent Mediterranean food reasonably priced. Consistently delicious. Jamie and I had the sampler platter for two which was much more food than we could eat so have several more meals from that. Every time we’ve been to Makarios the food has been great. We love Mediterranean and this is the best place in B’ham for fresh delicious kabobs, falafel, kibbe and much more!
