Their food is very good. The owner is passionate about what he does, and it shows. He’s also very attentive to customers. Everyone who works there is very friendly, and completely willing to explain their menu items to people unfamiliar with them. They’re open Friday night and Saturday for lunch now, which I really appreciate, since it can be difficult to get downtown for lunch during the week.
