We had placed an order and received and email confirmation thirty minutes later to tell us it would be 94-104 minutes until it was ready. We walked over there a few minutes later, asked about the status of our order, found out that the power had been out and also that they had no such order on file. No problem, we went to Hungry Howies, ordered pizza, went home, and ten minutes later the driver for Papa Johns shows up with our pizza. He has a huge attitude and lectures us about having the right number (I had called MULTIPLE times with no answer…because the power was out. Didn’t even get a call about our pizza.) He snatches the pizza bag and stomps away. Definitely will not be ordering from there again. I’m sorry he had to walk three minutes to our place, but he should NOT have been rude to us.
