Disapointed. The welcome was not there, no smile employee busy talking to each other, than taking orders, I stood there 3 minutes waiting for the waitress to say may I take your order it never happen, so I walk out. without the customer you are nothing

I was in Birmingham for a religious conference during the Fourth of July and asked around for the best ribs in town. A local pastor recommended Rib It Up. As a rib conniseur I relish the opportunity to try new recipes. Rib it up was one of the best I ever had. I could smell the smoke from two blocks away. That was my first indication that the experience was going to be great. It was. The place was lean and the service was absolutely wonderful. The food was well-seasoned, delicious and presented well. I will eat these ribs anytime.
Vegetables are great! But chop bar-b-que pork grease. I may try the chicken next time.
