Best burger in Birmingham! The fig mostarda that they add to the Willis burger creates the perfect balance of sweet and savory. I have also tried the Bama burger (chicken) and the Delicioso burger (salmon), and both are very good as well.
Three words: Best. Burger. Ever! The Willis Burger is probably my favorite burger in all of Bham! SO full of all the best flavor a you can put between two buns. The onions with the blue cheese & truffles & bacon on top of a perfectly grilled beef patty make for a delightful dining experience! I am a really big fan of their steam buns too! The pork belly steam bun is AWESOME! Has that perfect mix of sweet & savory tender pork. Try it all!
