WOW!. Doesn’t look like it’s nearly the dining experience that it is! I had a chicken kabob and falafel. Both were excellent. The food is very spiced, and (while I’m not very familiar with Mediterranean food) it seems authentic. The staff was friendly.

Not what i expected. I wanted chinese today but china express was closed, so i gave Sinbad’s a try. Like someone said before its very depressive but the staff is friendly. I ordered the chicken fingers and they looked good but were bland. The fries were good but not the best. I’ll stick with Al’s for chicken fingers. The only good thing i can say is there tea is amazing, maybe something else will be better if i go back. i feel like i wasted my money ($10.00 )

Best Food in UAB area. I used to work in the Liberty National Building, my friend and I would sometimes go out for lunch, we would usually go to Milo’s or Los Juanes and everytime we would pass up this little place called Sinbad’s. We never really paid much attention to the menu outside and would always just pass it up. Well, one day we over heard a girl talking about this really great hamburger she had at Sinbad’s, and so we decided to finally try it. The first time we went we ordered the Cheese Burger Combo (all the way) and it was SO GOOD!! The next time we went we had the chicken baker, and it was INCREDIBLE!! To this day (2 years later) this is our payday friday lunch spot. We have never been dissappointed and the Owner knows us by name 🙂 Everything we have had has been really good and I always tell people who are coming to Birmingham to visit Sinbads!

Total wasted lunch break. My gyro was incredibly bland.I almost never add salt to my food, but it was an absolute necessity here. The very definition of underwhelming. Overpriced, no atmosphere. I will most likely not be back. Markario’s on 20th is vastly superior in every way possible.

Atmosphere can be a bit depressive. Get the feeling they are not doing well. Love the gyro wrap but the portions can sometimes be lacking. Not much of a french fry guy but their string fries sprinkled with paprika are fantastic. Place is clean but too often smells like Clorox. I hope they make it, like having it as an option.

Best gyro in town. Just a really excellent, straight-forward gyro with juicy and spicy lamb, just the right amount of sauce, lettuce and onion. pita is good too. the hummus and falafel are also excellent
