I’ve eaten at this place a number of times for lunch They have a buffet that costs around $10 but I tried the place that night. It serves the UAB area so dinnertime traffic was pretty light but I saw a number of Asian diners which is always a good sign. I had the Tika masala and my son I believe it was Called tika…A chicken dish with no sauce. Both were good. I also got some naan and garlic naan…a clay pot cooked traditional Indian bread.I have not eaten a lot of Indian cuisine so my expectations were not comparable to other experiences but overall it was a good meal, the service was good … it’s a family run restaurant which is reasonably priced.So overall I recommend this place. It’s not gonna knock your socks off but it’s very solid and a good value. Especially for lunch where you can try a lot of items. I recommend.
