Second trip to The Yard and I was hopeful Id just ordered incorrectly the first time. Much to my disappointment that wasnt the case. The salad was good but the remainder of the food we tried was just average.
Although the restaurant has only been open 8 days, the poor service was beyond explanation.They promote signature cocktails, but they can’t make a very dry marmartinin or a simple marguerita. I had the NY strip. Very flavorful and cooked to perfection. Given how chewy it was, it must have been a very poor cut of meet. Don’t waste your time or money!
I would definitely give this place 5 stars for the inside look and taste of food. However, our experience was not perfect because for some reason it took the waitress about 15 min to show up to the table the first time. The host did a wonderful job trying to help getting water and coffee and apologizing for her delay.
