Love the wings, food has always been good! Love the gooey fries! Can be very loud with parties and large TV’s. Have always had good service regardless of how busy it was.
My wife and I decided to eat here with our 4-year-old son after trick or treating Saturday night. There were people waiting and the restaurant looked fairly busy but we were seated within 5 minutes. We ordered our food and it was brought out fairly quick but our waitress was not to be found after we got our food. My son needed a refill of water and after 25 minutes of not seeing our waitress I had to walk up to the bar to get a refill. We were done with our food by that time and were waiting for our check. I asked another waitress if I could speak with a manager and she said Anthony would be right over to talk to me. We waited around an additional 15 minutes before our waitress came back to our table and I then asked for our check. I paid and waited for the manager to come over but after another 15 minutes of nobody coming to our table I told my wife we were leaving and never coming back. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received at a restaurant.Terrible management!
We ate at the new location yesterday! The food was amazing and our service was outstanding. Our server, Dylan S. was extremely upbeat and really seemed to enjoy being there. Worst thing ever is to have a server that’s a negative nancy. Keep up to great work Dylan S. We will definitely request your section when we eat there again.
Our waiter Chris was great; he was happy, enjoyed his job and was polite even when he didn’t have to be. Our food was out within 10 mins even though it was rush hour. He paid attention to the small things like when we were done with a plate etc. I would advise people to go there if they haven’t been before.
We had an awesome time on Friday evening. Our server was the best we ever had. She was very tentative, and took the best care of us! We loved our server Toni!!!!
Bad service. I went to here last night and had horrible service! We waited and hour an half for food that when it came out it was wrong and they completely forgot my food. That was because the server didn’t put my food in the system. When talking to the manager she was rude and uncaring. She was not a people person and didn’t really want to help us. The team lead though was an awesome young man who should of been our server and he can be a manager. He was very helpful and you can tell he loved what he does. I have a great friend who works at Bobs Victory grill and I know that all staff with these companies are supposed to follow the ALOHA hospitality.!
Review. Over all service was excellent. Our server Amanda was excellent. Only complaint we have is wings were soggy not crisp. We thought we came here instead of the Hoover store they were be different. Y’all must have changed the recipe. The chargill gulf shrimp was delious. Amanda deserves a high five.
