Terrible. The food was cold, all of the food. And it was awful. It wasn’t very crowded but took forever to get anything. Even a glass of wine, which we were told the bartender was working on. I could see the bar and the bartender was watching tv. The server was nice but when we sent the food back and he said he’d have it refuted he never brought new food nor took the bad food, then he started ignoring us while he was overly attentive to the table next to us and we weren’t being rude, the food was just shitty.
Good food and better service. The food tasted great, but I still cannot get over how great our server, Bobby, was. We never had to ask for a refill or for more rolls. He remembered our names and asked us to come back. We definitely will be back!
Just left after never being greeted at the host stand. 2 employees looked at us and walked away. Called the store and no one answered. Called again and they hung up when I asked for a manager
Came for lunch today for the potato soup. The potatoes were extremely undercooked and the soup was not edible. The manager said that that was the way corporate made them make it on the fly in the microwave. What??? Not going back.
Return trip. I stopped here a year ago, the last time I drove through and it was great. This time around the service was a.little slower. I had the steak and.shrimp. The steak was good, just slightly tough, and the shrimp scampi had too much bread crumbs. Overall the experience was good but not great. But I will definitely come back.
The food was decent but after waiting 15mins. for a table for two on a week night, we were seated by the kitchen and it was so loud I couldn’t have a conversation. I asked to be moved and I was treated as if I were asking too much and being a nuisance. We then had to wait 10 more mins for another table.
The Wall. The usual OK O’Charley’s fare, but impressive wall with portraits of Bear Bryant and Joe Namath.
