Had a less than satisfactory service experience then received burnt food. We were in a hurry so we went straight to the bar area and sat down. After waiting 10 minutes the manager (who was behind the bar) said that nobody was working our table but he would get someone. We ordered quickly after that…grilled chicken dinner and a pot pie. After another 30 minutes, we noticed that people that came in after us had already received their food. When we asked about it and told them we needed it to go, the manager said it was because we had ordered things that took longer to cook. No apology, no discount. Then we opened our food to eat it, the chicken was burnt!!
