The food is unique and amazing. If you like a Reuben sandwich, you need to try their take on it with a local made bratwurst instead of corned beef and house made sauerkraut. It is amazing. And not to mention the wide variety of brews. Great place and great atmosphere.
Cool local neighborhood bar with good service and good pub type food. I highly recommend it, especially the Brats. Good selection of beers.
Terrible service. I don’t know what the hoopla is about this place that got positive reviews unless it was from friends and families. This place is kind of pathetic. It smells like fresh paint. It does not matter what time I came in, you’ll see several tables left unclean for hours with glasses and dishes cause they are under staff and won’t hire a buser. What really makes this place underwhelming is the undesirable wait staff who are not ingratiating or friendly. In fact, there was a new waitress who was very rude to me. If say something that your order is taking too long or you send an order back because; your food was prepared wrong or they over charge you, they get defensive.
Off night??. Went yesterday for first (& likely last time). Menu looked good; wide variety & reasonable prices… Ordered chicken potato nachos & marguerita (requested top shelf). After lengthy wait for drinks & food, drink was so watered down has to request double shot in 2d drink & still tasted like virgin drink. Nachos arrived with potatoes still FROZEN! Normally don’t send back food, but this was $8 of inedible, so sent back requesting chicken (as originally ordered). Returned with fully cooked beef nachos & a waiter that really couldn’t care less. Tasted fine, but not what was ordered. Won’t be back unless we just plan to order bottled beer.
IT’S NOT WORTH IT. I have been to Blackwell’s Pub 2 times and both times were the same miserable experience. The service was awful and the waitresses were even worse. It took an hour to get my order taken and receive my food. The food was good once I got it but it’s not worth having to deal with the staff.

I love Blackwell’s Pub! The awesome vibe of the place is enough to make you want to go as often as possible; and well, the food is pretty incredible too! Try the chicken fingers tossed in honey mustard, the onion rings are another favorite. I’ve never had a meal here that I didn’t like. You will not be disappointed. The staff is fun, personable, and do a great job taking care of your needs. I’m not a beer person but their other drinks are good and I actually really like their wine. Live music most weekends, corn hole outside on the patio, great people, just GO!
