Cakes Taste Good. I love the way the cakes taste. Very good. Never ordered from them, but did have the opportunity to taste at a reception. Dear Beware! You really did not describe the problem you had with the cake, just the poor service. I am just curious, but what was wrong with the cake?

Beware!. I have been a customer of Louises cakes n things for several years. This last time I had ordered a cake for my childrens birthday and since I had ordered cakes there before I didn’t think that I needed to double check it very good before I left. Well needless to say I never thought if there was a problem they would be as rude and ugly as they were. I took the cake back to the store and asked if they would make a new one or refund my money. The lady at the desk had to ask someone from the back. The person from the back came up front yelling before I even said a word to her and refused to do anything. She said since I already paid for the cake and left that there was nothing she could do. She did not apologize and I was left paying almost $100 for a cake that I had to throw away and had to figure out how I was going to get another cake for the next morning. I would not recommend this business to anyone!!

New location. I love the new location. Right when you walk in it smells like their one of a kind icing. I have been getting my cakes from Luise’s for years and it keeps getting better.
