I absolutely love this place. I have tried most of the menu and I have loved it all. My favorite dishes are the chicken noodle bowl and the pad thai noodle, just enough sauce and noodles. They have a range of tastes from spicy dishes to sweet. The appetizers are great too; my favorite is the tempura green beans with sauce and the crab angels. The owners are so friendly and will tailor your dish to leave out any ingredients that you don’t fancy. I also love that it is so casual and you can sit to eat or take it to go. It’s just as good, if not better when you get home.
My wife and I ate at Thai kitchen and it was excellent. I would have given it 5 stars, but I’m not a fan of food presented in styrofoam containers with plastic utensils. We started with the Thai Egg Rolls, Pot Stickers and Spicy Shrimp Coconut Soup and all were tasty and fresh. We took our entrees of Cashew Nut & Scallions w/ chicken and Yellow Curry Chicken home for dinner. My wife is not generally a fan of spicy food, but these had just the right amount of heat. We highly recommend Masaman, but suggest you take-out so regular dinnerware can be used.

This place is amazing. The curry is top notch. I am entirely pleased. Service is polite and speedy. I’ve tried most of the menu and have found nothing disagreeable yet.
Vestavia has a real Thai kitchen. The Pad Spicy Noodle was very good. I love that they give you the option to choose your protein with almost every dish. Very clean, fresh taste with just the right amount of Thai kick. Also, I highly recommend trying the Thai Tea. It was is sweet and a very refreshing on a hot day.
