Great sauce, if they just had some meat to put it on. Ribs were so over cooked the bark was charged and hard while the interior was the the consistency I would expect of the bark. Tonight may have been off but it was bad.
Local classic. Definite must on the BHam BBQ trail! BBQ chicken is smoky and juicy, potato salad one of the few I’ll eat – tastes absolutely homemade. Try any of the desserts for a real treat- I may never make a coconut pie at home again!

Hidden gem at the summit. One of the best ribs i have had. the place is very homey. very good service.i like the ribs and the slaw and their beans.will have to visit this place again.
Awful!. Went to a soccer tournament near by and it smelt wonderful as we passed by. We decided to go for dinner. It was awful. Ribs were over cooked and very dry. Kids wouldn’t even eat the mac n cheese. Nothing had flavor. It was over priced and very disappointing. We won’t ever be back! !
Great BBQ. Save room for their sides such as their green beans or deviled eggs. Or just go straight to what really matters, their banana pudding, It is always a great time going here. Yum-O
