Seriously this is good healthy food. Not one complaint. Well prepared and tasty but not full of the sugar or high fat of your regular restaurants.…

A Pioneer for Food Allergies and Dern Good Food!. Chief Holly at Organic Harvest is the tops! She has been gracious, kind, and sooo accommodating of folks with multiple food allergies. It is so fantastic to have a place to eat that is local and is so attentive re: food sensitivities and allergies but also has amazing food! It is utterly relieving to be able to eat somewhere and not worry about feeling like crap afterwards because someone didn’t know what was in the food or they lied. Thanks for everything! You are making my life better every day!
Rude Chef? I think not!. Chef Holley is the best thing that’s happened to Organic Harvest! Her disposition is always happy and helpful. She listens to the customers and will custom make dishes as needed. She has tailored the Hot Bar menu from requests and favorites of the customers she talks to. We look forward to seeing her AND her staff every time we go in for lunch. The Hot Bar is always fresh and flavorful. It a MUST for everyone looking for a good healthy lunch!
Overpriced, horrible service. Today was my first time visiting the cafe since the expansion. The service was very slow and the chef was extremely rude. It was almost $10 for my veggie sandwich which only came with two tiny carrot sticks. I doubt I’ll return.
Quaint little store, but not up to par. I wish they had more LOCAL produce. I can get organic bananas for less than .99 cents per pound at ANY other grocery store in town. Where are the local IN SEASON products? If I wanted organic tomatoes from California their are cheaper more convenient places to shop for them. Their milk is from a local Alabama Dairy farm but it’s always days away from being expired. Their customer service is sad. Whenever I’m ready to check out, I have to hunt someone down to help me. Wake up Organic Harvest.!!! You didn’t have competition when you first opened, but with Sprouts and Whole Foods coming, I fear for your survival.
Great food, good eats, nice views. Food was great. I don’t mind the set-up going there to socialize with a friends. Plus there are cute girls that work there. I’ll be back…
Disappointing. There are so many comments to make but it boils down to poor flow and terrible customer service. I get making you pay before you get your food but do I have to wait 3 deep in the single line with the new cashier? Then, because I have already checked out, I get no bag. Now I am quick to not ask for a bag but I did not get out of the store without dropping one of my carryout items that was destroyed immediately. A waste of $2.99 for a wheatgrass shot. At least they offered to clean it up for me but not to replace it. Then got out of the store and my salad dressing slipped off my carry out container and crashed to the ground open. The chicken salad is not listed as a $1.99 add on to the Harvest Salad, but they surprise you with that one at check out. Great food just wildly aggravating. Probably won’t go back for a whileI too have seen this place go down hill with lack of support for the lunch counter and check out.
We went in yesterday and the milk was only good for yesterday and they had no other milk to choose from. We have been in four times and customer service is always pretty bad. They need one of those shows that comes in and restructures everything to make it better. We really want to support local businesses but we will have to continue going to Earth fare. I hope they can see that they need to make some changes.
