This by far is the worst Red Lobster in Alabama! Management shows favoritism towards employees they hang out with after work. Silverware that guest eat with still have old food from previous person yuk! Food is overly priced. Managers talk about other employees business to other employees,very unprofessional. Turn over is ridiculous high meaning people come and go regularly. They can’t keep good employees their always quitting because of sorry messy management. Better just to go to Capitan D’s instead. Ashley and Allison are the reason that this restaurant is in shambles.
The food portion is huge, the taste is very good, The biscuits were my favorite part, my only comment is about cleanliness. We went a little late at night but i do not think this is a justification for all the trash and mess on and nearby the tables.
Worst service I have EVER experienced in my 55 years of life!!! Reservations at 6:30 for birthday party. They would not seat us till 7:30. Didn’t greet us for another 20 mins. Got drink orders and after 45 min, we had to go to the bar and-get our own drinks. 4 year old wanted apple juice and asked for it 5 times and had to go get it ourselves. Waited another hour before 2 of the 8 plates came. By the time they served the last plate, the first plate served was done. The food was cold. All waiters were at the bar having a great time laughing. Never asked if we needed anything else to drink. We found a pitcher of water on one of the stations and helped ourselves. After asking for tea 3 times, we never got it and to share our water. Appitizers came 45 mins after order with no plates to share. We passed the plate and ate off of napkins. All the booths around us filled and left twice before we left 3 hours later. My bill was $171.00 just for my 3 and we still put a 20% gratuity. NEVER patronize this place!!!! You WILL be sorry!!!! Manager of this restaurant visited all booths around us. He never came to our table because he knew we were being treated unfairly.
The service was awful! We waited 15 min until someone come to us and another 10 min for water. The food was awful! The shrimp and lobster were not fresh at all. Will not go there again.
Ate here tonight and let me first say the service for us was great! Top notch! Some reviews complain about their service is lacking per say but ours was great. Our food came out prompt and pretty fast. The food was so so but overall it was a very pleasant

My husband and I went there & were pleasantly surprised at how quick the service was & the food was excellent our server was very friendly. I highly recommend it.
