Well, I think it’s good.. We usually get good service and the food is always good. They tend to keep updating their menu and it’s gotten fairly interesting. I would suggest giving it another shot if you haven’t gone here in awhile.

In a pinch. Although our service was good, sadly the food left more to be desired. Out of our party of 5, the only dish that came out hot was the farmhouse flatbread. The other dishes of pasta and steak were lukewarm at best. Even our bread was cold though our server claimed it had just come out of the oven. If you are in a pinch, Macaroni Grill is tolerable.

Have not been here in years. Went last night and was worst food I have ever eaten. Ordered chicken Marsala. Pasta tasted like it had spent a week in a plastic bin. Chicken was ok, if a but bland. Marsala sauce had no flavor. Plate had a lot of sauted garlic…which was dark brown/burned (my husband thought they were mushrooms). Accidentally ate one and that ended the meal–could not get bitter taste out of my mouth. Husband had better luck with pasta bake (meatballs, Ital. sausage, ziti, with ricotta and basil). Said it was good…but could have been better. Server was attentive.

Service was very slow even though the place was over half empty. Had to ask for water. Food was mediocre. Will not be back. A waste of money.

We’ve always enjoyed our visits to Macaroni Grill, but after tonight we don’t plan on coming back. We waited almost half an hour even though the restaurant was almost empty. We were then walked through the entryway (where my shoes stuck to the sticky floor) and taken to a filthy booth (not just crumbs, but smeared with what I assume was cheese sauce). We asked the hostess to clean it and she climbed though with a dry rag – leaving behind the same large smear of cheese sauce. We finally gave up and had to wipe it out ourselves. If that wasn’t bad enough, I had a dirty appetizer plate, and a dirty fork. Disgusting! We waited 15 minutes for bread and half an hour for salads. Side salads shouldn’t take that long! Our waitress got my mother’s order wrong, never offered fresh parmesan for our pasta, and we asked for more bread with our meal 3 times before we got it. (And by that time we were done eating!)Overall it was a very disappointing dinner. Management needs to step up the service and clean up the restaurant!

Very, very pleasantly surprised at lunch last week. Good service, though seemed short-handed. Wonderful crispy Mac n Cheese bites as an appetizer. The meatball special over spaghetti was very tasty and the pasta cooked perfectly. Two of us got salads, and both were refreshing and tasted stellar. Mine was a chicken florentine with a savory and light lemon/based dressing. Great blend of flavors. Will definitely go again!

Ignore the past reviews. They have obviously responded to the negative feedback online and have answered with amazing service. You won’t be disappointed.
