The better of the sister restaurants, the ridge offers a better menu and a better taste with better seating. Chicken & Waffles are a favorite, but the burgers are good also.

Fantastic food and service! I tried several main course items and all have been very good so far. Deserts are amazing too. My favorite is the fried cookie dough bites!
Great atmosphere. Very unique. Good food and great service. A little hard to find but worth it.
Maybe had an off night?. The overall experience was barely passable. Its surprising that the same people who own Mudtown, which I have always thought to be above average, own this place. I have been here a couple of times before and do not remember the food being this average, at best. The good: Fried pickles maybe the best I ever had. Very crispy, with none of the lingering grease aura usually found in this dish. Domestic beer cold and $2.00 on a Saturday night, which is a great deal. The bad: Server OK, but very disinterested in us, even with the place only half full. Pimento burger fairly bland, with no real distinctive pimento cheese presence. They need to improve their buns….served cold, not toasted or even warm. Completely disintegrated after a bite or two.The grilled mahi sandwich was worse…..a small, rectangular piece of fish, ill-fitting on round bread, which was overcooked to the point of being tough slapped on the same cold bun as above. Fries were OK, but were only a little warm when served. It almost seemed like burger, fish, and fries had been under a heat lamp for awhile….nothing was very hot, and was served faster than I would have thought it took to cook ground beef. Burger ordered medium, and was served well done, even more evidence that it may have been precooked and sitting.I’m going back, because I want to see if this was just a one-time hiccup.
Awesome food with a great variety. Local beer at a good deal. Fun atmosphere!
Love this place. I feel bad for not writing a good review sooner. I was reading back through some other posts, and am truly shocked to see the negative ones. I love The Ridge. We go at least once every couple of weeks, as it’s fairly close to our office. I haven’t ever had a single dish that wasn’t magnificent, and while some of the servers may be quirky, that just adds to the charm in my opinion. I have never had bad service. On occasion, I’ve waited a little longer for my food than at other places, but the freshness and taste remind me that it’s worth it.
