I felt like the ambience was alright for this restaurant when considering the pictures and the lighting, but the restaurant did not seem clean when I was there which was totally unexpected for the type of restaurant. The food was alright but really could not overcome the feeling of uncleanliness.
Highly overrated and definitely not worth the excessive wait times. Even decent chain restaurants, like Maggiano’s or Carrabba’s, put this place to shame. Luckily for them, Tuscaloosa has a paucity of quality Italian food, so apparently people will take what they can get. But anyone who’s lived in a city with high quality Italian dining will surely be disappointed. One positive, the white chocolate bread pudding was on point.
