The atmosphere is always warm, friendly and inviting. The people are the best and nicest you could ever know. Their apple strudel is unbelievably delicious. All of their lunch items are a treat. Every single item on the menu is delicious. This is my (and my family’s) favorite restaurant in Tuscaloosa. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially when compared to the alternatives. Christmas-time would not be the same without the wonderful desserts and treats at Edelweiss. Pretzel rolls, bratwurst, schnitzel, American sandwiches: all are perfect! It is relaxing and joyful simply to stop in. All of our out-of-town visitors get treated to Edelweiss because it is among the best we have in Tuscaloosa. And it is clean!
