I’ve been there twice. Each time I was fairly satisfied. The customer service was excellent. The time it takes to get your food is fairly average. The food itself is good. I ordered the original gyro and cucumber salad which was good although I’ve had better. The portions are small in comparison to other places I’ve been. The second time I went I also ordered the original gyro with cottage fries. I was not happy with the fries. They were over cooked almost burnt. My daughter had the Italian gyro which she said she enjoyed very much. The ladies restroom was not clean, it smelled strongly of urine and the floor was very sticky.I would visit again, just hope I don’t have to use the restroom.
Great lunch specials! Mediterranean Salad huge and awesome! Quick service, exactly what a lunch turnaround should be. The tea was a bit too sweet, but this is the South. I just added water.
THE WORST SERVICE. Let me set one thing clear, I’ve been to glory bound dozens of times. It was the first place I ate at in Tuscaloosa two years ago when I first moved here and Im a regular through Crimson 2 Go and in person. I’m usually there 2-3 times a month and they have some amazing food. However, after THREE absolutely horrible service experiences we won’t be back again and honestly that makes me really sad. But honestly how many times can you expect me to continuously sit down in a restaurant to be ignored? Our final straw came on a Saturday when we waited for an outdoor table to clear up. We saw the party leave and asked the waitress if we could sit there. She sent someone to clear the table and we waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. After 25 minutes of waiting with no drinks, the waitress that went to the other two tables but ignored us, and ignored our attempts to track her down we got up and left and won’t be back. This is on top of the previous two times we’ve been the past month where, once again, we were ignored continuously and it took 10-20 minutes to get our check so we could leave – while there in a time crunch on lunch hours while the waitresses chatted to each other on the other side of the room. So we’ve decided to go elsewhere for our gyros, to a place where they don’t price gouge on Crimson2Go by adding $2 to every gyro and who actually cares about the people eating there. Glory Bound, I hope you realize that it doesn’t matter how good your food is. If you keep this up we won’t be the only regulars that you run off. (Written from inside of Hooligans, where we were served promptly, politely, and with food just as good.)
Cool, laid-back atmosphere. Fantastic food, good beer choices, best place I ate in Tuscaloosa!
Cheese Rolls. Love this place!!! their cheese rolls are heaven!
Decent. The food are delicious and I absolutely love the gyros here!
One of the worst experiences ever. We were not told upon entering that here was no heat.thus spent lunch shivering in winter coatsThere was no apology the waitresses just laughedThe gyro came seeing in sauce even though I ordered it on the side. …completely inedible. When I ordered just an order of falafel not the full plate I was served one pieceNever will I go sone where the restaurant has no regard for their customers. No wonder they were half empty when the restaurant next door was on a wait
