Abysmal Service. I’ve been a student at the university so I’ve had many a late night at IHOP. The food is always okay but it takes FOREVER to even be noticed. And after that it takes forever to get food with no service in between orders being taken and food being delivered. They’re usually out of something every time as well. The people are nice; however you never see them. Food: 7/10. Service: -7/10.
