Greasy, nasty floor
Suprisingly Awful!. The place appeared to be clean enough, but the customer service lacked greatly. I ordered an 8pc for my family, and the woman had the nerve to put only breasts and thighs in the bucket, which just so happened to be the last peices of chicken under the hot lamp. When I informed the woman checking me out that I had not recieved any wings or legs, she proceeded to take the bucket to the back as if correcting the mistake. When I got home with the bucket of chicken, nothing had changed! I was so suprised and upset that she would go through the motions of pretending to fix the issue! How Awful. When I called the location back, using the phone number on the very receipt, the manager told me that I had the wrong location, and I then had to argue the point that I was indeed calling the correct location!!! I doubt that I will ever visit this KFC again, even tho I do enjoy their food. Good customer service is a must if I plan to continue to spend my money there.
