Longhorn has been my favorite in other locations. This one in T-town is lacking. Ordered stuffed mushroom appetizer and for $8 received 5 small mushrooms that didn’t come close to filling the plate. Very skimpy. Ordered steak and salad. Salad came with steak at same time. Not good timing. Steak was covered in salty seasoning so much had to scrape off to eat steak. Steak had off taste which was on border of going bad. I suppose salt was to cover up taste. Didn’t work. This is my second bad experience at this location. I won’t make a third.

User reviews. Horrible service and poor tasting food. Not a place I will visit again.

This was my first time going and I was NOT impressed at all. The honey wheat bread they served in the beginning tasted like it was freshly baked with the finest cardboard. When they brought my ‘Greens Salad’ out, the onions were extremely sulfur-y and the tomatoes tasted like they were just picked….about a month ago… When I got my main meal, It was so beautiful I thought that I wad about it be in for the meal of a lifetime, but sadly my eyes were deceived. I ordered the 8oz Top Sirloin with the seasonal vegetables. Although pretty on the plate, the vegetables were terribly under seasoned and bland. They didn’t even taste like the vegetable they were. I ordered my steak medium rare and got a mass of fat and cold red meat that only had flavor because of the cracked pepper I had to put on it myself. I’m not one to complain but when I pay as much as I did for a meal that under par, I really get frustrated. I could have easily gone to Logans and got a better meal for less. The only thing I can actually say good about the place was the atmosphere and the service.

Bad to the bone. T bone steak cooked to perfection…medium rare….but it had to be the toughest piece of meat I’ve tried to eat in years.Restaurant was not crowded but the service was slow. The Wild West Shrimp were tasty, however the ones on the bottom of the platted were soggy with grease(?). Two others in our party complained of gristle in their steaks. We will not eat here again. Pricey and better options out there…

I retract that previous statement. It survived.05 May, 2011I really enjoyed this Longhorn. Unfortunately, it was destroyed in the recent tornado.

Home Run Every Time. I have never had a bad meal at Longhorn. And most importantly I have never had to send my steak back to be cooked. I like well done, and they do it perfect every time. Still tender, juicy and flavorful, and no pink. Most of all, and this could be a shocker. Longhorn tricked me into thinking I like lobster. I added a lobster tail to my meal when I was preggo. Weirdly so, cause I have had it many times and disliked it every time.,… Today, I am not ashamed to say, I will not walk into Longhorn without ordering a lobster tail. It is fabulous! I can feel a craving coming on just thinking about it. I thought maybe I just learned to like Lobster…. wrong. I went to Lobsterfest at Red Lobster and got the combo plate with two different kinds….. didn’t like them AT ALL. I now share a dinner with my 2 year old. I get a steak for him, and 2 lobster tails added for me…. and he eats the steak. Next time, I am asking if I can just order Lobster!
