Stealing my money. My husband, daughter and I dined at Longhorns for lunch Saturday, Feb 21, 2015. For the most part, the experience was decent.(not our first time). But this morning when I was check the balance in my account, I discovered that and additional $10 was charged to my credit card. I know it was only $10 but it was my $10 and I had already left a tip for the server. My family and I routinely dine out and are familiar with the practice of tipping our server but I do not appreciate the practice of taking my money without my permission.This has never happened to me before and I will think long and hard before I go back to Longhorns
Food was great but was not worth the wait.. We went in on a Wednesday night which was also New Years eve, there were several people waiting to be seated and we were told the wait would be 35 minutes. 35 turned into about an hour. The whole time there were several tables open. I understand that good food takes time but it just seemed like it was too long of a wait for the food that we got. No doubt the food was good but wasn’t worth the wait.
