The sandwiches are alright, but it smells really gross in here, like stale cigarettes and body odor. Kind of unappetizing. And they’re always under-staffed. Every time I’m here, there’s always one guy here frantically making sandwiches who looks so stressed out that he’s about to throw in the towel. Not a good place to come when you’re in a hurry. I only come on Thursdays, when they have BOGO sandwiches with your student ID. Paying full price for this would make me weep.

You’re making a deli sandwich, in a DELI, and use DICED peppers and onions? What?!?!?If you want to improve, just go to ANY OTHER DELI ON EARTH. Try their sandwiches. Pay attention.And to Tuscaloosa Mag readers, if you can read… Shame. Subway kicks their a$ses. And Subway sucks.
Awful!. When I walked into the restaurant today, it smelled like stale smoke and old beer. Had I not agreed to meet others, I would have walked out at that point. Having been unimpressed with the last sandwich I ordered on a previous visit, I tried the chicken and dumpling soup. Big, big mistake. I should have saved some time and money and just had one of those cup a soup things from a quick mart. It would have been better. I’ll bring food from home if I have to meet anyone here again, and I certainly won’t go back voluntarily.
AMAZING!. Just wanted to say this place has the best hot sandwiches in Tuscaloosa. I endorse this place fully.
Nacho’s…. Gotta love their dorito nacho’s and their signature sandwich in combo with a beer! I’ll be heading that way when I come back to ttown!
