There were at least 6 people working and only one table of guests in the restaurant. I ordered a soup and salad. It took over 12 minutes for my order because they forgot about it. Also one of the servers was talking to the cashier taking my order about brewing more tea. She used maybe five curse words within earshot of me and my boyfriend. These included MF AND GD. Worst restaurant experience ever. Terrible service/management. Will never go back.

Sticky. Everything was sticky and the tomatoes were days old 8 couldn’t eat them… And I won’t be day

I attempted to order over the phone one Sunday and whoever answered the phone told me they were out of their ingredients for their menu items. She was very rude telling me that they closed in 30 minutes and had ran out of certain menu items. For a restaurant that claims to have great customer service this was some of the worst I’ve experienced. I certainly don’t plan on visiting anytime soon and recommend doing the same because they clearly close at 730 and don’t appreciate their customers.

Not as good as other Taziki’s. After moving to Tuscaloosa from Birmingham I was excited to see that Taziki’s had opened in Midtown. Then I ate there. Multiple times-hoping it would get better. I can’t say anything good about this location. The people who work there look like they had rather be anywhere but there. The hummus ranges from runny to dry, but never as it should be. Salads are wilted. They have been out of soup on two occasions. I was addicted to Taziki’s before moving here, so I know this is not their standard. Wake up, Tuscaloosa store!! You are ruining a good brand.

Hit or miss. I love that we have tazikis in tuscaloosa but it’s never consistent, the tazikis in birmingham are so much better. The tuscaloosa tazikis normally screw up my order and I tell them exactly what I want. I could understand if it happens during lunch and it’s very busy but at 3:30 in the afternoon this is unacceptable. They need to quit playing behind the counter and get the orders right!!! I’m only going to eat tazikis when I go to birmingham now.

The food is mediocre… They took 35 minutes to get a to-go order out and there were very few people in the restaurant. Should’ve gone to Glory Bound instead.

  • Kelsey Grimes

Worst hummus in town. If you want good hummus go to Glory Bound, Hooligans, or Big Daddy’s.
