Order wrong. No apology. Just said to turn around and come back and they would remake it and refund me for it. I didn’t get the refund. I didn’t really need it since I was still receiving the food, but an apology would have been nice. There was one friendly employee in the whole place.
By far the slowest Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. Not even during rush hour took close to a half hour to get food which wasn’t even that great.
