Very bad service on the night of 10-14-14!. Bad service, refried and hollow French fries, the owner’s wife was rude and very unprofessional about our complaints-Coaches Corner was a previous favorite…not anymore-save your money for a decent restaurant.
Great food great service!
Dreadful food. We went there several months ago vowing never to return due to tasteless food but we gave them another chance. The salad bar had nothing but iceberg lettuce (bleah!) so I ordered a caesar salad. Again all iceberg and limp. Dreadful. Ordered some onion rings and they had obviously been frozen, not homemade. I can’t believe those other reviewers who complimented them. They have obviously never had real homemade onion rings. Service was good. Will be back just for beer or drinks but not the food.
Date night. This was a date night for me as I had heard there would be entertainment and it was fantastic. No complaints.The problem I did have was with what I ordered and how it was never made right. All I ordered was something on paper that looked totally delicious, but left a bad taste in my mouth in more ways than one.I ordered a Fajita stuffed baked potato. I happened to have ordered the Chicken version. First of all, it had only one strip of chicken in it. that wasn’t the main problem. It was hard as if it hadn’t even been cooked. I sent it back. I figured they would have done an entirely new one. But, no, they brought out the same one, apparently warmed in a microwave and it was still hard. Potato was no where near done. I set it aside and when I saw a busboy, I had him take it away. He said was it okay. I said no. I figured he would tell someone, but no one ever came. I decided to get the hot wings and they were okay, but not what I wanted.My server never asked anything about what had happened about my potato and never offered to take it off my bill. It was not a good experience. Management should have come to my table and inquired as to what the problem was as the server and the busboy knew there was a problem. I will think twice before going back to this place.
Good Experience.. Tonight my husband and I went to Coaches Corner for the all you can eat wings. We were met at the door by a pleasant hostess who sat us right away. Our waitress was there within 5 minutes. Our food came quickly and we were very happy with the taste of everything. We ordered onion rings also which were great. They have the ranch dressing which tasted homemade. Overall experience was great. It’s our new favorite wing place. We went on a Thursday at around 5:00 There were lot’s of waitresses there but it had not gotten too crowded yet. Perfect time to go.
Great food, great sports bar!. This was our second time to eat here, friendly service, good atomsphere, good selection of tvs for sports. I had the wings, nice and saucy, cooked well. The spotlight was my husbands burger…it was a burger stuffed with cheese, grilled onions and bacon bits, extremely tasty! The onioon rings were also good, beer is nice and cold. They serve a variety of foods, burgers, chicken, wraps, entrees. I love the location right on the Coosa!
Phenomenal food! did not expect such a varied menu selection for a sports bar. great service and atmosphere!! a definate must, especially for viewing a auburn or Alabama game 🙂
