Fire was as good a steakhouse as Ive had in Alabama! The lamb and filet mignon were both wonderful and perfectly cooked to order. The vegetable succotash served with the lamb was amazing! the wedge salad was also very good. Lots of complementary treats from the chef like a shrimp sampler and blood orange sorbet as a pallet cleanser before the entree and ice cream bites after the meal. The only dim spot was the dessert; I felt the peach mable left a bit of something to be desired as we are in the heart of peach country. Overall, I cant wait to return for another wonderful meal!
