Wish I could say the food was good, but we never ate. Waited 35 minutes after ordering. Got our money back and went elsewhere. Service wasn’t good this day.

It was just what I expected! The hot was perfectly hot, but not painful, the pimento mac was definitely notable and the greens were very good! Marvelous!
Best chicken I’ve ever eaten…Perfect amount of spice- the skin is tasty and the chicken is so moist. I’m here from out of town and ate here twice during my visit- to go was just as good as eating it in the restaurant.
Had lunch here last weekend and I will say this place is perfect for lunch! They have great chicken and I love all of the spice options. Great atmosphere. I will most certainly be back!
I just tried this place. Service a little slow, food a little over cooked for my taste. Nice people, good environment, nothing to complain about. Good place to meet friends for a quick bite. Try it
Came to Hattie b’s today to try them out. The line was to the door but seemed to go pretty fast. We stood in line for about 10-15mins. I ordered the large white meal which consists of 2 breast and wings…sides- potato salad and baked beans. Oooo the flavor for the chicken I chose was HOT. I added on banana pudding for dessert. We received our # and decided to sit outside. Even tho it’s 91 degrees outside it felt wonderful since they have outside fans. Ok so we seat and wait maybe 5-7mins and here comes allllll the yummy goodness lol. Everything was amazing but the HOT was HOTTTTTTTTT lol omg….the banana pudding was my fav!!! I will be back but I’ll try medium haha. WELCOME TO BIRMINGHAM HATTIE B’S!!!
