Every experience I’ve had at silvertron has been fantastic. We usually start with the hummus which changes week to week. It’s accompanied with loadsss of veggies and toasted flour tortilla points. On this occasion we had the pepperocini hummus, and it was amazing. Best yet. My friend and I split the red white and blue salad and the grouper fish n stix with roasted veggies instead of fries. The grouper was lightly floured and served piping hot and crispy. It was delicate and flaked apart, the meat was sweet and tasted very fresh. Surprisingly it paired amazingly with the roasted carrots, mushrooms, and celery which were seasoned with thyme and rosemary. The salad was also great, topped with a fish fillet and covered in strawberries, blueberries and blue cheese. Again a seemingly strange combo that worked magically. Jennifer gave us great service. I can’t wait to come back for the discounted pasta and wine night to try the butternut squash ravioli.
Food was great service good but airconditioning was not cooling carpet around tables were do dirty I was sticking to the floor very dirty
Went with a small group for dinner. Server was very friendly. Drink selection was very nice. I had the fish and chips and it was awesome. One of our party has the lasagna special and loved it. Will be going back here for sure.
My friends & I celebrated my friend’s 70th birthday here yesterday. We shared the caramelized onion & jalapeno hummus dip with veggies & pita chips which was outstanding. I ordered the pecan crusted tilapia tacos with macaroni & cheese on the side which was equally fabulous! Two of my friends ordered the chicken salad on croissants with sweet potato fries which they loved. Birthday girl had the salmon on arugula salad which she claimed was the best ever. The waitress was very good at keeping our glasses filled and surprised our birthday girl with her own little dessert, we had ordered a bigger version of it (Bailey’s Caramel Brownie)) which they all finished in rapid time and stated it was so out of this world good!
Myself and 6 friends went to Silvertron for Sunday brunch. The food was delicious. I got the crab cake Benedict. The mimosas are $9 for a pitcher which I though was a great deal. I love the atmosphere and will definitely be going back to try their lunch or dinner menu. Great place!
Always consistently good. Sunday brunch is great for eggs benedict and plenty of mimosas. Fun place to go have a drink after work as well.
Rediscovered Silverton a while back on a search for some good eats in Bham. Service was good, food was good, Bloody Mary’s were good and spicy. Downside is the restroom facilities, they need a good cleaning with bleach or something strong to remove the odor of years of use. Men’s and Women’s facilities need attention badly.
