Tasty lunch. I already go to Alaska Dinner Factory to make meals for my family. Lunches are made quickly and with fresh ingredients (I am serious, you can see their kitchen and you can see the ingredients that are used to make your lunch). I have had the Pulled Pork Parfait (NOT A DESSERT!) it is SOOOO good! It was layers of pulled pork, mashed potatoes, corn, and BBQ sauce. EVERYTHING is home made! I have also had their Spinach Salad with smoked salmon which was a bit salty but only because it had loads of delicious smoked salmon on it. 🙂 The only other thing I have had is the Curry Chicken Salad wrap, which I thought was going to be spicy but it turns out it is very mild and creamy (it is made with yogurt and coconut milk instead of mayonnaise). I love that every meal comes with a cookie 🙂 I will be having lunch here again when I can make it over, and hopefully one day they can do delivery! But since it is a small business owned locally I wont get my hopes up. Worth the drive!
