Greese in Alaska!. I oredered the mezes platter and the chicken rice soup. I split the platter with my friend and we had two boxes to take home. The soup was scrumptious but it was not a highlight. The highlight was the platter. I was pleaseantly surprised by the rich textures offered by the pitas, dolmades and pita triangles. The hummus and tzatkiki were fresh and flavorful. Give a nod, if I have very clearly stated that the food is BOMB! Customer service. Antonio works is the owner, baker, cook, and hostess with the mostest! He was attentive, courteous, engaged in appropriate conversation, and offered some good suggestions of future food orders that would expand my greek food palet. Keep him busy by going here and ordering meals and pastry items.
Delicious and friendly. We had the gyro, potatoes, with salad and a yummy custard with honey dessert. Genuine food at a good price.
Quaint restaurant…. Our first visit AGB&C was wonderful. Everything was fresh and tasty. We ordered everything from appetizers (house pita bread and hummus) to dessert. We had fast friendly service and enjoyed the small/clean cafe. Well done Antonio. Thanks for a great experience.
Best restaurant in town. Loved the food and friendly staff
Hungry Book Club of Anchorage. 14 of us had dinner and a farewell party for one of members at Antonio’s on August 12. Everything was delicious and Antonio was a wonderful host to us. The room is cozy perfect for a group to eat together at one table. We could hear each other and the parking and access were real easy. We are a senior group and this was a most accommodating and wonderful experience for us. Cheers Antonio and staff!Sue Williams
Amazing!!. My coworker and I dropped by for pastries before heading to lunch elsewhere today. After sampling the super amazing pastries (and discovering our destination was not open) we came back for lunch. Our meals were AMAZING, really really amazing! The service was not only good, the owner is sweet; very Fatherly and took care of us. We will most definitely be coming back here!!!
Dinner and dessert were excellent! Gyro, lemon chicken and chicken/rice soup. Nice to meet Antonio too!
