My wife and I love this place. It is never too busy and the Japanese couple that runs it are so wonderful. The Volcano Roll is probably our favorite. When you order rolls they even throw in Soup, Salad, Tea, and dessert cantaloupe at no extra cost. There are definitely more trips to Arigato Japanese coming in our near future!
Consistently Good. Small with simple furnishings. Very nice couple making consistently great food. They greet us by name -impressive, as we live out of town and only get in maybe twice a year. Sushi always good, especially the toro, fatty tuna. And their soup and salad is better than any of the other sushi places I frequent. They also give a little bowl of Hijiki and edamame with your meal. Recommend trying at least once, especially if you aren’t up to the dressier atmosphere of ….that trendy (but good) other sushi restaurant.
Terrible sushi. I ordered a rainbow roll, the fish was warm. I also ordered a spider roll, very little crab. Presentation was lousy, restaurant is dingy.
Wasn’t impressed. Sushi tasted like fish was about to spoil. And my dinner well I think it was microwaved. Cook stayed out and did sushi and I heard the beeps of a microwave and my food came out! Not going back!!
Delicious food. Sushi is the best. Great service and wonderful cozy atmosphere. I recommend to everyone. I had a blast.
Very good.. I’ve tried Arigato three times and really enjoyed it each time. Two were take out orders, and then we ate there the other night. As everyone has said, it’s small, family owned, with good service. Miso soup is great, as is the salad (dressing is really good). Loved the crunch roll, spicy tuna roll and Alaska roll.
Love it!. I’m not sure how I came about finding Arigato but I am so glad i did. I’ve been going there for the past year and have a craving for it at least once a week. I love, love, love their Crunch Roll and Spice Roll. The couple who run it are friendly and the service is great. I do a lot of call and pick up orders and they always have it ready with all the accoutrements. Their soup is fabulous and their salad is fresh and wonderful. Give it a try, you won’t be let down.
