  Absolutely pathetic service!!! Seated in under a minute for lunch, and we were one of only two occupied tables. There were 4 staffers standing around and after 10 minutes we walked over to one asking for service. She took our drink order, then our actual server came out of the back/kitchen. The two of them proceeded to talk crap about how we had been waiting a long time. They did it loud enough we could hear. Then one looked over and smirked. At that point we had enough. We walked out, and the shift manager watched from the bar area as we walked out. It wasnt until we asked the hostess to speak to the manager that he actually came over. Even though he was culpable and guilty of poor service himself, he repeatedly said that his servers should not treat customers like that. I cant rate the food because we never got any, but its overpriced for sure. Anchorage is a tourist town, and its tourist season. Every business here is responsible for keeping tourists coming in. Avoid BWW and just go to Red Robin at Tikhatnu Commons.

  EXPENSIVE!!!Almost $60 for 2 orders of wings, cheese wedges and a coke. Why is it so expensive! Other than that, good service and good food.

  Over a half hour wait to get food. Bar drinks are on. Pricey. Assistant manager not very attentive. Would not recommend this place. Go to wings and things.

  Waiting for nothing…. Went there the first time and like others there was a wait at the door with open tables. We waited 20 minutes and had people that walked in behind us get a table before us. They said it was due to the fact we had children with us, but other groups larger than us with kids were sat before us. they gave no answer so we left. The second time was not my choice and again long wait, cold food, and small wings. We had to ask for every thing we needed. Wait staff was paid no attention to us at all. I love wings but would NEVER go back to BWW again.

  Definitely a sad visit. We originally had high hopes for this place, but were disappointed by the popcorn shrimp and the service. The biggest mistake we made was ordering shrimp at a wings place. Learn from our mistake: Do not order the popcorn shrimp. They taste nothing like normal shrimp. Also, the service was horrible. Had to basically stare down the waitress for her to pay us any attention. Our water cups were perpetually dry. On a positive note: the sauces were great!

  Two Strikes. Have been twice; the second time was a retry and was essentially the same bad experience as the first. Both times the food took more than 30 min. to arrive and when it finally did, the staff had totally botched our orders. The second time, when the wait staff tried to reconcile it, they brought the wrong food out again. Staff were very non-responsive and oblivious. Whether it was needing napkins, never getting a glass of water, wrong food – you name it they botched it. While the wings were not a total loss, they were small, over- sauced (goopy), and not worth the price. Very poor portion to value. Both experiences combined added up to be a very expensive disappointment.

  Wrong orders, dishonest waitresses, and misrepresentation of menu items make this buffalo wild wings a nightmare for any self-respecting patron.
