Disappointment. Burger Cache is pretty much my favorite place to order from, but they messed up pretty bad this time. First, they told me it would be about fifteen minutes. I waited just over an hour. They’re located about 5 minutes from where I ordered. Second, when the guy finally gets here, I’ve already calculated how much change I should be getting and he shortchanges me by 2.50. I don’t enjoy confrontation, so I let that one slip and still gave him the tip I had intended on giving, in addition to the money that he essentially stole from me. I realized after he left that there’s a possibility that even though I ordered enough to qualify for free delivery, they charged me the delivery fee. Either way, wow.
