My favorite place to go for Eggs Benedict, but also has good salads and sandwiches. Quaint place, good service. The country potatoes are good, loved the broccoli salad, and the avocado chicken sandwich.
Good lunch Ruben lemon aid and salad wait staff is rude and chairs hurt your back. Don’t plan on going back which is a shame because this used to be my fav place to eat
Overpriced small portions and bad service. I can forgive a breakfast meal that’s priced at $15 (which all breakfast meals are priced at here) IF the food is quality and filling. Portions are minimal. Taste is bad and service was horrendous! Two eggs $6? Half Avacado $7? Side of bacon $7? Ridiculous!Wait staff more interested in arguing who had what table and holding up counter than coming out and greeting the people paying their wages. If you expect a tip act like you want one. Making customers wait fifteen minutes for you to grace them with a presence and listen to you fight amongst yourselfs isn’t a good start. Making them wait another 35+ minutes for a subpar breakfast doesn’t work either. Should of read the bad comments on multiple sites and not gone. Perhaps the MANAGEMENT should be reading them as well….oh wait, they seem to be the problem as well. Which after my experience I have no doubt they are.
Such a disappointment. I’ve eaten here for years and considered one of my favorite places. The service typically sucks, but I’ve loved their food so I let that slide. Now that the food has gone down hill, I’m done. Apparently they are cutting corners and the dishes have suffered. Oh well plenty of other yummy places to eat in town.
I would rather eat breakfast with Bernie Madoff in the men’s room at a Tesoro.. Food: SucksService: Good, but hindered by that reptile of an ownerDecor: Grandma’s house. (if grandma lives at a nursing home)Prices: Free food and a foot massage wouldn’t make up for the owner, or her bowl haircut.
Service was slow, food was worse. We arrived for breakfast however even though there were 6 open tables we were made to wait 15 mins in the lobby. Once seated our server greeted us and was friendly. Not a typical menu, which could’ve been a nice change from the greasy spoon, cafe breakfasts most are used to. The meal that sounded unique was subpar in flavor and cold. I don’t about anyone else but if I want a cd breakfast I’ll have cereal. We both ordered the croissant Beatrix. Apparently the only heated portions are the croissant itself and the egg. The croissant was cold and not fresh. The eggs were room temperature. Before you decide to try the restaurant on for size know that you will be waiting for subpar service and and an overpriced meal. We will not be going again. This was their second chance after a similar experience there with lunch a few months ago.
I felt like I was eating…. …at Costco/Sams Club. The only really good thing about my $20 appetizer was the house-made pickled veggies. The crackers, cheese, meats looked and tasted like they were taken from a package and then plated. Soooo disappointing really. I expected more. I like the bar and the bartender that served us, but I will never order food there again.
