Meh. Everything was pretty bland. I had the chimichangas, hubby had the chicken enchiladas. Prices seemed higher than typical. The salsa, especially the hotter one, was good. The location is convenient for us, but we’ll probably drive the couple extra minutes to go to Gallos or La Mex next time.
I’ve been coming to Carlos’ for years and years. I really don’t get the super negative reviews! Carlos’ serves straight up comfort food. I love their salsa and sauces. I think the food is delicious, and the environment is super friendly and fun.
