I usually get great customer service from this place but tonight I ordered food for delivery and the chef knows me well. But tonight I was hung up on and argued with the lady that works there and takes orders over the phone about my order when I specifically asked for what I wanted. I am disappointed in her service and probably will not be calling back. Very rude tonight.
The chinese food and sandwhiches are very tasty seved with extrordinary customer service and grace. The Chef Lee & Pickle Barrel’s leadershio in food service throughout Alaska has influenced me to tell all my neighbors about tbe quality of. Food and the unbelieveable customer service render daily. The best chinese food both dinning in and carry out. Thank you Torez Sr.

Just went for lunch. The food was Amazing great portion also.
Disappointed. I didn’t eat breakfast so I was happy the restaurant was open at ten. But when I got back to work to eat, I found my mongolian beef was so dry and had such a bad taste! Only edible part was the rice! I am not usually one to complain but that was a waste of ten dollars! I wont be back and i dont recommend this place to anyone!
Disappointingly average in every way. Service average, pleasant but inadequate Food was edible yet cheap. I personally greatly dislike fresh vegetables thrown into my soup moments before they bring it out. So I instantly take off from their score for that. Food seemed bland overall and typical cheap Chinese fair. Price was reasonable and under $10 for lunch. All in all, I’ve had better.
