This place is no good.. This place is expensive for no reason. The food sucks pretty bad. They should at least attempt to make their food taste decent. Would never order from there again, and wouldn’t recommend it.
WARNING. Be careful from ordering online. there are 2 websites one is non encrypted and a scam. But it has a full working menu mirror imaged from the real website. Phoney website is http://www.chinagardenanchorage.com. Food isn’t really that great and I’d hate to see what the inside of the kitchen is like.
They don’t answer their phone. What a brilliant way to treat potential customers. I hope this business strategy does them a lot of good. I’ve had their food in the past and it wasn’t not very good. I thought I could give them another try because it was late and I was hungry. Maybe I should’ve checked their history with health department inspections
I drive by this place all the time. No one is every parked out front. I can’t believe they’re still in business. It looks run down and not cared for.
Terrible service. Terrible customer service. Terrible food. Terrible delivery time (2 hours). Terrible cold food. Wrong orders. And the MANAGER hung up on me when I called with all of these complaints. Can I give this place negative stars?
Ordered online and the website accepted my delivery order without mention that they would not deliver late night on Sundays. When I called to cancel no one answered all 3 times despite the website stating they are open until 5am. I just hope I don’t see a charge on my card for food I never received.
Gross. Terrible!! We got the appetizer platter and mongolian beef. The beef was alright, about what you’d get at the Carr’s deli counter. Everything else was disgusting. The eggrolls especially. I took one bite and spit it back out. All the appetizers were thick with oil; it’s all you could taste. All this for $38! We will never eat here again.
