Been waiting 30 min to get my order ,
A complete waste of time.. I was at the Tudor Rd. Dairy Queen yesterday – it was a poor experience at best. Now, having read through all the previous reviews and it is painfully clear DQ Corporate just doesn’t care for the customer. I will never return to this DQ nor will I ever recomend it.
This DQ is horrible.. I have been to many DQ’s in the lower 48 before and have always had a pleasant dining experience, But this DQ has to be the worst in the world. Iam very surprised that the DQ franchise would be represented by a bunch of incompetent morons. The lines are always long, The food is poorly cooked and 4/10 times your order is wrong, This is coming from my colleagues at work as well. I understand that kids will be kids but the customer service is a joke, Young people ignore customers and would rather talk about personal issues and play with their cellphones.
I wont go back. Probably the worst DQ I have been to. The food was okay but the service was horrible.
Customer Service? Ha!. I only go to DQ to get a blizzard every so often; but after a few times at this place I will not be going back. Expect to see 5-6 parties in line, and 1 ambivalent high school student working the register. Last time I went she didn’t even say ‘Hello’. Just looked at me, like I was troubling her.There’s never less than 4-5 people standing around chit-chatting, ignoring orders sitting on the counter, and not doing anything at all.Considering how expensive the DQ’s are in Alaska, don’t bother. If you absolutely need your Blizzard fix, go to the Dimond Mall Orange Julius/DQ.However, I’d recommend Tastee Freez instead. A bit out of the way, but lower prices (for more ice cream) and 15x better service.
Yummy Blizzards!. The food is gross but that’s not what I go for. We go to get Blizzards every now and then and they’re delicious. I agree that the staff doesn’t always seem to know what they’re doing. I usually always get the Chocolate Extreme Blizzard and it’s always different. The first time it had chocolate ice cream, brownies, and chocolate pieces. The next it was made with vanilla ice cream. Twice there were no brownies which really sucked because that’s the only reason I get that blizzard. One time there were no chocolate pieces, though I didn’t care about that so much. One time I ordered an Oreo/Brownie blizzard and there was no Oreo. I wonder if they are out of ingredients and don’t want to tell the customer or if they really just don’t know what they’re doing.
Food sucks, blizzards are great!
