Sucky. The pizza is decent, at most. The staff cannot follow SIMPLE requests. Is it really hard to put orders in ? I should think not. Although, I have never worked in a fast food restaurant, I don’t think it could be rocket science !!!! If you want a decent staff, train them !
Pizza delivery in Anchorage can be hit and miss but the quality customer service and good pizza this Domino’s has given me the last few times I’ve ordered has made me a customer for life. Good job midtown Domino’s.
2 Hours!. We ordered a large pizza for delivery. I was told that it would take 45 min-1 hr because they were busy. No problem. 2 hours later, we got our cold, medium sized pizza. Never again.
Super quick delivery.. Wow. Said 40 minutes. Probably got here in 20. Pizza was well done, just like we asked. Bread sticks were perfectly cooked. Service was great. I was surprised, honestly. Also, LOVE their thin crust. The best ever. A definite recommend if you like tortilla thin, crunchy crusts. Hand tossed I think is the best around. Good eats for chain pizza.
