Mostly a soup-n-sandwich place although they have a daily quiche special which a friend tries quite often and raves about it. For me the soup is what brings me back. It’s homemade and makes you feel like snuggling up in a blanket and taking a nap. Comfy atmosphere, quality food and great service. A bit pricey for what you get but the relaxed atmosphere and the high quality of the food make up for it. Unless you’re a light eater you will probably walk out hungry as their serving sizes are small. It’s a nice place to change things up a bit in your regular lunch routine, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here.
Way too expensive!. I went a couple of years ago. I took my young grandson and thought we would have a great lunch together. I remember the prices being outrageous. I did the special which was a half a sandwich, cup of soup and drink and I remember it being 16 dollars!!! I shared with my grandson and I we both left hungry. Not only were the prices outrageous, the portions were very small. This place is way over priced. The soup and sandwich was good–but for the price, I can go have a fantastic lunch at an upscale place like Simons or Glacier Brewhouse….
